Nitesh Mehrotra
Founder & CEO
Nitesh has over a decade of experience in technology leadership, including managing mission-critical software products at Cisco Systems in areas like security, mobile, and cloud. With an MBA from Babson College and a Master’s in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, he combines a deep technical foundation with a strategic vision for innovation. Having moved 10 times in 10 years before settling into his current home, Nitesh intimately understands the complexities of relocation and home-buying, driving his commitment to creating smarter solutions for these challenges.

Prashant Sachdev
Co-Founder
Prashant brings over 20 years of experience in device software, web, cloud, and mobile applications, with a particular focus on B2B SaaS and enterprise products. His work with technology startups across the U.S. and India has given him a global perspective on scaling businesses. An MBA graduate from Babson College, Prashant is also deeply committed to fostering entrepreneurship among youth and bridging the digital divide through education. His technical expertise and passion for impact make him a driving force behind Nextburb's growth.
